EU Commission demands Uniper dispose of Dutch business

BERLIN (Reuters) – The European Commission demands that German gas importer Uniper divest its Dutch business to obtain regulatory approval for a rescue deal, German daily Handelsblatt reported, citing several people familiar with the matter.
