Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, the fell 0.42%.

The best performers of the session on the were Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:), which rose 1.98% or 8.40 points to trade at 431.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:) added 1.66% or 3.22 points to end at 196.80 and Novozymes A/S B (CSE:) was up 1.65% or 5.80 points to 358.30 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Coloplast A/S (CSE:), which fell 2.25% or 18.80 points to trade at 817.20 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) declined 1.26% or 11.70 points to end at 916.00 and Genmab (CSE:) was down 0.62% or 19.00 points to 3,034.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 90 to 61 and 18 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for February delivery was up 1.73% or 1.29 to $75.75 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 1.42% or 1.12 to hit $80.16 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.17% or 3.15 to trade at $1,797.05 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.19% to 7.01, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.06% to 7.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 104.30.
