ValueAct Holdings first bought Trinity Industries, Inc. stock in the second quarter of 2016.

Other investors who also reduced their Trinity Industries, Inc. shares include California State Teachers Retirement System, Financial Engines Advisors, and Harris Associates.
Contrary to ValueAct Holdings, Capital International Inc., Citigroup (NYSE:), and the T. Rowe Price Equity Income Fund added to TRN shares, while Fisher Asset Management established new holdings in Trinity Industries, Inc.
