(Reuters) – Australian casino operator Star Entertainment Group said on Thursday it is developing and will implement a comprehensive remediation plan to improve its governance, culture and controls.
The announcement comes after the company was found unfit to hold a casino licence in Sydney on Tuesday as an inquiry into alleged breaches of anti-money laundering laws and criminal infiltration released its report.
