Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.57% or 0.46 to $80.50 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.74% or 0.65 to hit $88.10 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.32% or 5.65 to trade at $1,745.25 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was unchanged 0.01% to 3.47, while EUR/ILS rose 0.27% to 3.56.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.25% at 107.46.
