Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the added 0.42%.
The best performers of the session on the were Bavarian Nordic (CSE:), which rose 3.94% or 8.20 points to trade at 216.20 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CSE:) added 3.14% or 4.65 points to end at 152.70 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:) was up 2.88% or 445.00 points to 15,895.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Orsted A/S (CSE:), which fell 1.25% or 7.90 points to trade at 624.00 at the close. Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:) declined 0.95% or 4.70 points to end at 492.00 and Novozymes A/S B (CSE:) was down 0.43% or 1.50 points to 345.60.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 90 to 64 and 12 ended unchanged.
Shares in Novozymes A/S B (CSE:) fell to 52-week lows; falling 0.43% or 1.50 to 345.60.
Crude oil for February delivery was up 2.74% or 2.12 to $79.61 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 3.79% or 3.07 to hit $84.05 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.83% or 14.95 to trade at $1,810.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.18% to 7.00, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.05% to 7.44.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.12% at 104.00.
