Clarification on ASX price steps

Was looking at the price step info on this ASX page
Anyone know what occurs with equities with prices close to and crossing the price step boundaries ?

• Do the allowable price steps change throughout the day as the price crosses the boundary ?
• Or are the price steps for the day locked to a range based on say the opening price ?
• Or is there some other logic for the allowable price steps for the day ?
