On July 5th, 2022, Angel Seafood Holdings Ltd (AS1) was removed from the ASX’s Official List in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11, following implementation of the scheme of arrangement between AS1 and its shareholders in connection with the acquisition of all the issued capital in AS1 by Valley Seas BidCo Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Laguna Bay Agricultural No 1 Pty Ltd.
