At today’s Investor Day event, Advanced Micro Devices Inc (NASDAQ:) provided its long-term financial model which the company called “strong and compelling.”

The company sees revenue growth of about 20% CAGR, including the recent Xilinx merger.

Gross margin is seen above 57% on a richer product mix.

Operating expenses are seen at about 23-24% as it invests in growth.

Operating margin is seen at about the mid-30% as the company expands margins and profitability.

FCF margin is seen at above 25%, demonstrating its significant cash flow generation.
