Investing.com – Adobe (NASDAQ:) reported on Thursday second quarter that beat analysts’ forecasts and revenue that topped expectations.

Adobe announced earnings per share of $3.35 on revenue of $4.39B. Analysts polled by Investing.com anticipated EPS of $3.31 on revenue of $4.35B.

Adobe shares are down 35% from the beginning of the year, still down 47.81% from its 52 week high of $699.54 set on November 22, 2021. They are under-performing the S&P 500 which is down 22.98% from the start of the year.

Adobe shares lost 2.87% in after-hours trade following the report.

Adobe follows other major Information Technology sector earnings this month

Adobe’s report follows an earnings beat by NVIDIA on May 25, who reported EPS of $1.36 on revenue of $8.29B, compared to forecasts EPS of $1.3 on revenue of $8.12B.

Broadcom had beat expectations on May 26 with second quarter EPS of $9.07 on revenue of $8.1B, compared to forecast for EPS of $8.71 on revenue of $7.91B.
