BMO Capital initiated coverage on Cousins Properties (NYSE:) with an Outperform rating and a price target of $29.00. According to the analysts, the company checks nearly every box to set itself up for outperformance: Class A and trophy assets with the youngest average age in their office-REIT coverage, low near-term lease expirations to allow for a potential occupancy uplift in 2023-2024, and a strong balance sheet with limited near-term debt maturities
KeyBanc initiated coverage on Coinbase Global Inc. (NASDAQ:) with a Sector Weight rating. According to the analysts, a highly scalable model, innovative suite of products/services, and market share gains are balanced by limited revenue visibility tied to crypto asset prices/volume/volatility and industry headwinds leading to depressed crypto asset prices and market activity.
Susquehanna initiated coverage on Ambarella (NASDAQ:) with a Positive rating and a price target of $90.00. Share rose more than 2% today.
