A report from The Wall Street Journal says the US Food and Drug Administration will order electronic cigarette company Juul Labs to remove its e-cigarettes products from the US market.

The report says people familiar with the matter believe the decision will be announced as early as Wednesday.

The marketing rejection is set to come after an almost two-year review of the Washington, DC-based company’s data requesting authorization for its tobacco and menthol-flavored products to be sold in the US.

Juul Labs came under heavy scrutiny a few years ago, with the company being blamed for a rise in underage vaping.

Following the WSJ report, Altria Group (NYSE:), which owns a large stake in Juul, has plunged 9%.
