Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the fell 0.31%.

The best performers of the session on the were Mobile Telecommunications Company (TADAWUL:), which rose 7.12% or 0.86 points to trade at 12.94 at the close. Meanwhile, National Medical Care Company (TADAWUL:) added 5.69% or 4.10 points to end at 76.20 and Theeb Rent a Car Company SJSC (TADAWUL:) was up 4.93% or 3.40 points to 72.40 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were The National Shipping Co. (TADAWUL:), which fell 3.68% or 1.00 points to trade at 26.20 at the close. Saudi RE Cooperative Reinsurance (TADAWUL:) declined 3.57% or 0.54 points to end at 14.60 and United Electronics Company (TADAWUL:) was down 3.09% or 2.70 points to 84.80.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 120 to 111 and 18 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.05% or 0.05 to $92.69 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.13% or 0.13 to hit $97.79 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.47% or 25.15 to trade at $1,684.15 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.41% to 3.65, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.76.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.35% at 113.07.
