The best performers of the session on the were Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. (SE:), which rose 8.37% or 1.80 points to trade at 23.30 at the close. Meanwhile, Yanbu Cement Co. (SE:) added 8.27% or 3.70 points to end at 48.45 and Raydan Co (SE:) was up 7.51% or 2.55 points to 36.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Arabian Pipes Company (SE:), which fell 2.20% or 0.44 points to trade at 19.60 at the close. AXA Cooperative Insurance Company SJSC (SE:) declined 1.97% or 0.70 points to end at 34.80 and Derayah REIT (SE:) was down 1.90% or 0.22 points to 11.34.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 130 to 61 and 12 ended unchanged.
Shares in Yanbu Cement Co. (SE:) rose to 3-years highs; gaining 8.27% or 3.70 to 48.45. Shares in Raydan Co (SE:) rose to 3-years highs; gaining 7.51% or 2.55 to 36.50.
Crude oil for March delivery was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to $52.42 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 2.80% or 1.58 to hit $54.84 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 1.27% or 23.55 to trade at $1827.85 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.63% to 4.5315, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.7512.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.62% at 90.778.
