Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the rose 1.03% to hit a new 52-week high.
The best performers of the session on the were United Cooperative Assurance Co (SE:), which rose 10.00% or 2.50 points to trade at 27.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi vitrified clay pipes co. (SE:) added 9.98% or 11.20 points to end at 123.40 and Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (SE:) was up 9.95% or 1.100 points to 12.160 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were AlAhli Fund of REITs (SE:), which fell 3.58% or 0.34 points to trade at 9.17 at the close. Al Rajhi REIT (SE:) declined 1.94% or 0.19 points to end at 9.62 and Southern Province Cement Co. (SE:) was down 1.79% or 1.60 points to 87.80.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 147 to 45 and 12 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was up 2.54% or 1.48 to $59.72 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 2.49% or 1.52 to hit $62.66 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.12% or 2.25 to trade at $1824.55 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.06% to 4.5461, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7509.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.01% at 90.425.
