Horizon Gold has entered into an agreement to acquire all of the issued share capital of Panoramic Gold Pty Ltd, the 100% holder of the Gum Creek Gold Project from Panoramic Resources Limited and is simultaneously seeking to raise $15 million in order to conduct exploration and studies on the Gum Creek Gold Project, and to support an application for admission to the Official List of the ASX.
It is anticipated that HRN will list on the ASX during December 2016.
