Investing.com – Home Depot (NYSE:) reported on Tuesday third quarter that beat analysts’ forecasts and revenue that topped expectations.

Home Depot announced earnings per share of $4.24 on revenue of $38.9B. Analysts polled by Investing.com anticipated EPS of $4.12 on revenue of $37.92B.

Home Depot shares are down 26% from the beginning of the year, still down 27.03% from its 52 week high of $420.61 set on December 6, 2021.

Home Depot’s report follows an earnings beat by Amazon.com on October 27, who reported EPS of $0.28 on revenue of $127.1B, compared to forecasts EPS of $0.22 on revenue of $127.76B.

Tesla had beat expectations on October 19 with third quarter EPS of $1.05 on revenue of $21.45B, compared to forecast for EPS of $1 on revenue of $21.98B.
