DocuSign (NASDAQ:) and Microsoft (NASDAQ:) have expanded their global strategic partnership, it was announced Tuesday.

DocuSign said the move, which aims to accelerate how people collaborate and come to agreement in the anywhere economy, will see the companies team up to provide new integrations and capabilities to enhance joint customers’ ability to prepare and manage agreements in the cloud.

“Microsoft is critical to our vision of streamlining the agreement process for our customers, wherever they get work done,” said Dan Springer, CEO of DocuSign.

The new innovations include new aspects such as DocuSign eSignature for Microsoft Teams, DocuSign eSignature for Microsoft 365, DocuSign CLM for Microsoft Word, and more.

The deal will also see Microsoft and DocuSign expand the use of each other’s products within their own organizations.

“Our collaboration with DocuSign enhances our ability to help our customers bring the agreement processes directly into the flow of work,” said Judson Althoff, EVP & Chief Commercial Officer at Microsoft.

DocuSign shares rose more than 4% during Tuesday’s session and have climbed a further 3.7% in extended trading following the news. Microsoft stock gained 1.4% in the regular session.
