Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the lost 1.40%.
The best performers of the session on the were Netcompany Group (CSE:), which rose 1.35% or 6.40 points to trade at 481.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:) added 1.18% or 6.0 points to end at 514.6 and Rockwool International B (CSE:) was up 0.71% or 17 points to 2427 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:), which fell 3.94% or 6.9 points to trade at 168.1 at the close. Orsted A/S (CSE:) declined 3.65% or 25.60 points to end at 676.20 and DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:) was down 2.87% or 38.5 points to 1303.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 102 to 56 and 14 ended unchanged.
Shares in Orsted A/S (CSE:) fell to 52-week lows; falling 3.65% or 25.60 to 676.20.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 1.28% or 1.11 to $87.72 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 1.28% or 1.13 to hit $89.30 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.46% or 8.30 to trade at $1784.80 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.15% to 6.6677, while EUR/DKK rose 0.03% to 7.4434.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.15% at 97.097.
