Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, the lost 0.32%.

The best performers of the session on the were GN Store Nord (CSE:), which rose 1.75% or 2.65 points to trade at 154.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Ambu A/S (CSE:) added 1.39% or 1.20 points to end at 87.80 and Novozymes A/S B (CSE:) was up 1.30% or 4.50 points to 350.90 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Genmab (CSE:), which fell 2.39% or 72.00 points to trade at 2,942.00 at the close. Bavarian Nordic (CSE:) declined 2.17% or 4.50 points to end at 202.90 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:) was down 1.70% or 270.00 points to 15,650.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 100 to 47 and 18 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for February delivery was down 1.71% or 1.36 to $78.17 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 1.62% or 1.37 to hit $83.31 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.78% or 14.25 to trade at $1,808.85 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was up 0.17% to 7.00, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.24% at 104.14.
