Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Copenhagen, the added 0.11%.

The best performers of the session on the were Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:), which rose 1.48% or 6.40 points to trade at 438.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) added 0.98% or 9.00 points to end at 925.00 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:) was up 0.81% or 1.05 points to 131.20 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:), which fell 2.97% or 5.84 points to trade at 191.00 at the close. GN Store Nord (CSE:) declined 1.96% or 2.95 points to end at 147.20 and Ambu A/S (CSE:) was down 1.60% or 1.42 points to 87.10.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 90 to 56 and 23 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for February delivery was down 0.29% or 0.22 to $75.16 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.53% or 0.42 to hit $79.38 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 1.52% or 27.25 to trade at $1,824.95 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.17% to 7.00, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.03% to 7.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.70% at 103.61.
