Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the gained 0.08%.
The best performers of the session on the were Bavarian Nordic (CSE:), which rose 3.62% or 8.90 points to trade at 254.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Orsted A/S (CSE:) added 3.36% or 22.90 points to end at 704.60 and Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:) was up 1.13% or 11.00 points to 982.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CSE:), which fell 1.96% or 2.10 points to trade at 105.10 at the close. Demant A/S (CSE:) declined 1.61% or 3.30 points to end at 201.60 and Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:) was down 1.32% or 6.80 points to 509.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 90 to 59 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.37% or 0.30 to $80.41 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 1.50% or 1.27 to hit $85.73 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.35% or 6.80 to trade at $1,914.90 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.22% to 6.89, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.05% to 7.44.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.17% at 102.11.
