we have a small debt ($750) owned I am keen to recover.
Company is involved, formal signed contract but payment missing and invoice unpaid
Anyone has had experience with debt recovery companies? Especially here in Queensland?
I would like any recommendation.To be honest, more a matter of right and wrong than the $ amount..
The company can pay, no duress there, they just decided they would not bother anymore with due amounts as our contract is now over
I would like to detach myself from the process and subcontract it.
