Bod Australia is currently a marketer and distributor of brands in the beauty and personal care industry and operates under exclusive distribution agreements for the Dr Roebuck’s and BIOEFFECT brands.
The Company intends to develop its own branded products across baby skin care, super foods, antioxidants and immune support segments.
It is anticipated that BDA will list on the ASX during October 2016.
