LONDON (Reuters) – Vodafone (NASDAQ:) will sell a portion of its majority stake in wireless towers unit Vantage to a group of long-term investors led by GIP and KKR, the British telecoms group said on Wednesday.
Vodafone and the consortium of investors will hold its 81.7% stake in Vantage through a joint venture.
