BofA upgraded Consolidated Edison (NYSE:) to Neutral from Underperform and raised its price target to $95.00 from $78.00 following substantial updates to the outlook this year stemming from (1) the sale of CEB announced earlier this year for $6.8 billion to German utility RWE AG (OTC:), (2) assumed buyback of $1.8B, (3) delivering the holdco via repayment of approximately $1B of parent debt.
Jefferies upgraded Avadel Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:) to Buy from Hold with a price target of $11.00. Shares gained more than 15% intra-day today.
Baird upgraded Cooper Companies Inc (NYSE:) to Outperform from Neutral and raised its price target to $370.00 from $345.00, seeing a path to improving sentiment and share price outperformance over coming quarters. Shares rose nearly 3% intra-day today.
