Following a short seller report, the CEO of B. Riley Financial (RILY) has made additional stock purchases. On 02/08, the CEO purchased 135,923 shares at a price of $40.1756.

Shares plunged more than 10% yesterday after Wolfpack Research disclosed a short position in B. Riley Financial because its research shows the company levered up to buy toxic assets during a financial mania. “Its cash & investments net of debt fell by $950m to -$350m in 2022 and we don’t believe things will improve in 2023,” said Wolfpack Research.

NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc. (NSSC) announced the pricing of the previously announced underwritten secondary public offering of 2,100,000 shares from the CEO and CFO at $31.50/share.

Centene (CNC) saw a couple of insider trades. On 02/08/23, the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, James Murray, acquired 6,750 shares at a price of $73.30, and Director Theodore Samuels purchased 7,000 shares at $71.88.
