The Company was registered as a public company in Australia on 2 December 2002 for the original purpose of pursuing minerals exploration.
The Company’s flagship project is the Lake Giles Iron Project, which is held through its wholly owned subsidiary, Macarthur Iron Ore Pty Ltd.
In addition to the Lake Giles Iron Project, the Company also has interests in other Iron Ore, Lithium, Gold and Nickel projects.
It is anticipated that MIO will list on the ASX during December 2019.
