Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.24%
Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the gained 0.24% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the were Nova (TASE:), which rose 7.24% or 2630 points to trade at 38950 at the close. Meanwhile, Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:) added 3.89% or 285 points to end at 7620 and Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:) was up 2.77% or 300 points to 11140 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Liveperson (TASE:), which fell 3.65% or 580 points to trade at 15300 at the close. Nice Ltd (TASE:) declined 3.48% or 3110 points to end at 86210 and OPKO Health Inc (TASE:) was down 2.75% or 36 points to 1273.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 317 to 184 and 23 ended unchanged.
Shares in Nova (TASE:) rose to all time highs; gaining 7.24% or 2630 to 38950. Shares in Liveperson (TASE:) fell to 52-week lows; down 3.65% or 580 to 15300. Shares in Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:) rose to 3-years highs; gaining 2.77% or 300 to 11140.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 2.99% or 2.36 to $81.17 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 2.25% or 1.81 to hit $82.35 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.47% or 26.45 to trade at $1819.95 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.19% to 3.1098, while EUR/ILS rose 0.30% to 3.5971.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.14% at 94.207.
