Dow futures trade lower, Chipotle dips 4.6% after earnings By Investing.com

Investing.com – U.S. stock futures were trading lower during Tuesday’s evening deals, after major benchmark indices finished higher in volatile trade as traders reacted to from Federal Reserve Chair Powell as well as a fresh batch of earnings results.

By 6:30pm ET (11:30pm GMT) , and were each 0.1% lower.

In extended deals, Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE:) fell 4.6% after the company Q4 EPS of $8.29 versus $8.92 expected, while revenue came in at $2.2 billion versus $2.23 billion expected

Yum China Holdings Inc (NYSE:) lost 0.7% after EPS of $0.13 versus $0.16 expected, while revenue was reported at $2.09 billion versus $2.27 billion expected.

Prudential Financial (NYSE:) fell 2.7%, Q4 EPS of $2.42 versus $2.52 expected on revenues of $0 versus $13.57 billion expected.

Lumen Technologies Inc (NYSE:) shed 15.8% after Q4 EPS of $0.43 versus $0.18 expected, with revenues coming in at $3.8 billion versus $3.78 billion.

Fortinet (NASDAQ:) added 12.2% after the company Q4 EPS of $0.44 versus estimates of $0.39m while revenues came in at $1.28 billion versus $1.29 billion expected.

Enphase Energy (NASDAQ:) added 7.9%, Q4 EPS of $1.51 versus $1.28 expected on revenues of $724.7 million versus $706.28 million expected.

Ahead in Wednesday’s session, market participants will be looking toward fresh data as well as speeches from the Fed’s and as well as FOMC member .

Among earnings, reports from companies including Walt Disney Company (NYSE:), CVS Health Corp (NYSE:), CME Group Inc (NASDAQ:) and Uber Technologies Inc (NYSE:) will be closely monitored.

During Tuesday’s regular trade, the added 265.7 points or 0.8% to 34,156.7, the gained 52.9 points or 1.3% to 4,164 and the lifted 226.3 points or 1.9% to 12,113.8.

On the bond markets, rates were at 3.679%.
