Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, the lost 0.56%.

The best performers of the session on the were Danske Bank A/S (CSE:), which rose 0.18% or 0.25 points to trade at 137.30 at the close. Meanwhile, Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:) unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 points to end at 923.20 and Novozymes A/S B (CSE:) was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 points to 351.90 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Coloplast A/S (CSE:), which fell 1.74% or 14.40 points to trade at 812.00 at the close. Ambu A/S (CSE:) declined 1.61% or 1.46 points to end at 89.00 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:) was down 1.60% or 250.00 points to 15,370.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 84 to 60 and 28 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.88% or 0.69 to $79.09 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 1.04% or 0.87 to hit $84.33 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.23% or 4.25 to trade at $1,821.75 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.19% to 6.96, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.10% at 103.48.
