Denmark stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 0.50% By Investing.com

Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, the lost 0.50%.

The best performers of the session on the were AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:), which rose 3.60% or 730.00 points to trade at 21,000.00 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:) added 3.35% or 660.00 points to end at 20,360.00 and DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:) was up 2.72% or 30.50 points to 1,151.50 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Genmab (CSE:), which fell 5.25% or 128.00 points to trade at 2,309.00 at the close. Tryg A/S (CSE:) declined 2.25% or 3.80 points to end at 165.20 and Pandora A/S (CSE:) was down 2.10% or 13.00 points to 606.80.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 86 to 67 and 11 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was up 3.60% or 3.69 to $106.10 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 3.42% or 3.59 to hit $108.56 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.19% or 3.55 to trade at $1,867.05 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.30% to 7.05, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.04% to 7.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.20% at 103.29.
