Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, the declined 0.36%.

The best performers of the session on the were Demant A/S (CSE:), which rose 2.96% or 7.90 points to trade at 274.90 at the close. Meanwhile, Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:) added 2.57% or 12.40 points to end at 495.10 and Netcompany Group (CSE:) was up 2.00% or 7.40 points to 377.40 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:), which fell 5.58% or 21.50 points to trade at 363.50 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:) declined 3.70% or 6.46 points to end at 168.10 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:) was down 2.63% or 2.85 points to 105.50.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 82 to 57 and 20 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.68% or 0.72 to $105.47 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.35% or 0.39 to hit $111.35 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.07% or 1.35 to trade at $1,837.05 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was up 0.47% to 7.07, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.04% to 7.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.16% at 104.14.
