Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the added 0.10%.
The best performers of the session on the were Genmab (CSE:), which rose 3.38% or 78.00 points to trade at 2,387.00 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:) added 2.10% or 440.00 points to end at 21,440.00 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) was up 1.39% or 10.90 points to 795.70 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were GN Store Nord (CSE:), which fell 7.88% or 20.20 points to trade at 236.30 at the close. Pandora A/S (CSE:) declined 7.15% or 43.40 points to end at 563.40 and Coloplast A/S (CSE:) was down 5.52% or 55.50 points to 950.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 100 to 62 and 9 ended unchanged.
Shares in GN Store Nord (CSE:) fell to 3-years lows; down 7.88% or 20.20 to 236.30.
Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.84% or 0.91 to $108.72 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 1.16% or 1.28 to hit $111.42 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.73% or 13.67 to trade at $1,882.47 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 1.05% to 7.08, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.44.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 1.14% at 103.76.
