Meanwhile, Ash-Sharqiyah Development Company (SE:) added 9.98% or 5.70 points to end at 62.80 and Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SE:) was up 7.44% or 3.60 points to 52.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Alinma Bank (SE:), which fell 3.71% or 0.96 points to trade at 24.94 at the close. Taleem REIT Fund (SE:) declined 3.51% or 0.42 points to end at 11.54 and Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co (SE:) was down 3.42% or 0.46 points to 12.98.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 153 to 38 and 8 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was down 1.00% or 0.52 to $51.62 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 1.19% or 0.68 to hit $56.65 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to trade at $1587.90 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.58% to 4.1619, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7518.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.54% at 97.183.
