Gain Capital/ Forex.com is a registered Futures Commission Merchant (FCM), regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). Gain Capital is accountable to the stringent standards of capital adequacy and financial reporting enforced by the NFA.

What's new

Our new platform choice and clearing agent has allowed us to offer our customers the best forex trading in the marketplace including:

Direct synchronization of price movements

between demo accounts and real accounts.

We noticed that many platforms (including our old platform and clearing agent) had an unacceptable discrepancy in prices between the demo platform and the real platform.  This is because some brokers offer unlimited demo accounts to all customers while not providing the same speed afforded their real platform customers. So their price feed tends to lag by an unacceptable amount at times and prices differ.  This can have an impact on back-testing results and ultimately limits the benefits of their demo platform.

No Skimming pips or weighing quotes!

Forex.ca does not charge any commissions on any trades! Forex.ca is compensated thru the bid/ask spread.  We do not allow skimming pips or weighing quotes on the trend side.  We feel it is important that we provide an edge for our customers and we are able to verify this with our new platform!

Customer service is improved using our new clearing agent and this is reflected in all aspects in servicing our customers.
